How do I scan and email documents?

Answer

  • Scan your card on the badge reader. From the three options (Print release, Device options, Scan), select "Scan".

  • Two options will appear: "Scan to My Email" and "Scan to Fax". Select "Scan to My Email".

  • Place your document(s) on the glass or use the tray for multiple and/or double-sided documents. (If you are not using the tray and have multiple documents, select "Prompt for more pages".)

  • Change settings, such as color, dpi, etc. by selecting "Send Settings" on the right of the screen.
